Rewards

Taking part in surveys and focus groups allow participants to earn rewards. These will usually be an Amazon e-Voucher, and will be sent once you have confirmed your details. The rewards will vary depending on the length of the survey or focus group, the time taken to complete them and the nature of the activity; these will be highlighted in emails sent out prior to the start of the activities. Please note that if you fail to complete a survey by the deadline, or if you do not take part in a sufficient percentage of a focus group, you may not receive your reward. Additionally, rewards may not be offered in all instances, but this will be made clear in the emails sent out prior to the start of the surveys and focus groups.

While the criteria for complete participation in the focus groups may vary, in general we would like you to take part in conversation throughout any focus groups you are invited to. We would like for you to give your honest opinions without trying to dominate the group, and to only discuss those topics that are relevant to the group. ScottishPower reserves the right to withhold your reward for participation; if you are disqualified, you will be given a full explanation as to why this is.

If you have any further questions about taking part in focus groups/surveys on TalkEnergy, please email us at help@talkenergy.co.uk.
